While waiting to take e plane to NY, we had ajisen ramen at the HK airport at 3 plus in the morning. the stall is open 24/7, wanted to try their scallop ramen but they were out of stock. we tried to sleep on the couches in the airport but it was pretty noisy. found some resting lounges on the way to the gate to take the plane. it was so much more comfortable, had abt 1.5 hrs of sleep. haha. shld have looked for it earlier. haha.
on the plane to NY, there was this guy who kept standing at the back of the plane during the trip. i went to the toilet for 3 times and he was standing at the back all the time. he probably was not comfortable cos he is pretty big size. poor thing. but he looked pretty scary, like the gangster leader who sold weapons in italian job but not as big as him.
cathay pacific screwed up when they gave us the wrong forms to fill up required by the customs. the custom officer asked a bunch of questions. like why i'm there, how much i brought, what is my job etc... then he asked to check that i have a plane ticket back to singapore. haha. he probably dun want me to stay in US illegally and make sure that i go back home. haha. we spent abt an hr plus in customs and waiting for the luggage. haha.
